I take a nonjudgmental approach and aim to create a safe space for you to work on your goals at your own pace. , I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), I-CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based approaches. I hold two graduate degrees from Columbia University, and I am a professional member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and the International OCD Foundation. , I treat each person I work with as an individual, and I work collaboratively to empower you to identify existing strengths, build healthy coping skills, and improve your quality of life.
