Whether you are looking to gain insight on your emotions or patterns, better understand a difficult relationship, facing a challenge, or need a space to process- therapy is the place to begin. I appreciate the courage it requires to take this first step and make a commitment to yourself. I have a compassionate approach and my commitment is that you never feel you are on this journey alone. I will provide a warm space for you to be your authentic self and together we will move forward with intention and purpose. , My clients are those seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict along with navigating pregnancy, postpartum & perinatal loss. I believe each person has a story and typically it is within the story that we find understanding, healing and transformation. I want to hear your story and help you write the next chapter. , I work from a Psychodynamic and Person-centered perspective, valuing the relationship I have with my clients. I have degrees from Columbia and Fordham Universities. I am certified in maternal mental health from the Seleni Institute and the Gottman Institute. Previously I worked at John Jay College counseling center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
