About Us

In this difficult time we find ourselves in, our mental health becomes even more important to pay attention to. If you or your child are struggling, please know I can help. Both adults and children find themselves focusing on the “loudest” problem, while the real issue remains hidden. Kids and adults need to be given the right tools in order to navigate and be successful in their lives! I am a skilled at working with children to give them the skills necessary to be happy with their lives. I can also teach adults to tap back into the tools that work, as well as introduce new ones. , I am a former school counselor, with years of experience working with children ages 11-18. I am patient, empathetic, and know how to reach a child who often struggles to connect with others. I can help the child and family learn more about themselves, and give the language needed to effectively communicate. I am also knowledgeable about all school issues. , Both adults and kids who struggle often don’t share their feelings easily or present with an unrelated issue. I can help you discover where this is coming from and work together to find a resolution. My caring nature helps people feel safe which results in the dismissal of the protective shield that is carried around,and allows a therapeutic bond to develop.
