Are you ready to take control back of your life? I am passionate and committed to helping you overcome life\s challenges and finally embrace your true authentic self. I focus on a holistic approach to healing, which means I treat each client as a "whole" comprised of mind, body, and spirit. I work with a wide array of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, grief/loss, self-esteem, disordered eating and other mental health/behavioral concerns. I have an affinity for the challenges of adolescents, teens, and young adults as I support them in working to find their path to greater autonomy. , I became a therapist because I wanted to become the therapist I never had. I am Certified in EMDR therapy, which supports clients in retraining their brain to decrease emotional distress and negative beliefs of self associated with traumatic memories. , My clients describe me as empowering, interactive, and authentic. Together we will increase your awareness of emotions and practice skills to help you understand, regulate and feel more in control of your feelings. Together we will uncover and explore the root causes of emotional distress and feeling stuck, to beginning living the life you want.
