I specialize in treating depression, mood disorders and anxiety as well as developing parenting skills and strengthening family dynamics. My goal in therapy is to guide my clients in improving self-esteem, self-acceptance, overall stability and enhancing overall functioning on a day-to-day basis. I value an individualized approach to meet the ongoing needs of each of my clients. , I am also a certified perinatal mental health therapist (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, and I support women and families through the journey of building a family. From infertility, prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood, my goal is to help my clients to feel heard and to strengthen coping and advocacy skills. , I focus on building rapport, trust and a sense of safety within the therapeutic environment and relationship developed between clinician and client.
