I have 20 years of experience working with children, families and individuals. As a School Counselor I have worked extensively with children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, ADHD, school and social issues. I work with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma work/life stress and relationship issues to find solutions to specific problems, new insights into self, higher levels of functional coping and more effective communication.
