About Us

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Reaching out to a “stranger” to enter your life is the hard part, my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can explore and enhance your strengths that will empower you to find strategies that support you through life’s challenges. Focus on allowing you to become the “captain” of your voyage in life and joining you in various parts of this journey. I encourage open communication and connection with those I work with. I utilize various modalities and fit the experience to each unique individual. , I have specialties in grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety, health issues and chronic disease concerns, caregiver stress and burnout, holistic health and healing, military issues, mental health, and end of life concerns, older adult issues, life transitions, child and adolescent grief, soul injury, and other day to day struggles. , I am a co-founder of Rising Wings Counseling and Wellness Center where we work with clients in a holistic approach. I am trained as well in Reiki and Sound Healing. I honor human beings are multidimensional and there are times we need to look at the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of ourselves and would be honored to be part of your journey.
