Being able to offer alternative methodologies and tools to my clients when "talk therapy" is not enough, enables them to gain greater insight to discover and develop their own unique healing path. , Through deep listening, empathy and acceptance, I help identify hidden strengths and nurture lasting, positive behavior changes.
