About Us

Life presents us with many challenges and sometimes we fail to see opportunities in these challenges. We also often have difficulty accessing our own internal resources and reaching out to external supports. All of us wish for purpose, hope and joy in our lives. I believe that psychotherapy can address these goals. Therapy will empower you to look to your strengths, to reach into your own resiliency, to find resources in your life that can nourish and support you. To do this, we will work together to create change that is lasting and meaningful. , My primary area of expertise is with children, adolescents, young adults, families and adult women. I also work with parents to develop strategies around child/adolescent conflict. My hope is that you will come away from therapy with skills that will help you to move forward into your future life with intention and purpose. , Therapeutic focus is always strength-based and will offer a collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere. I believe that therapy should help you to grow and provide you with hope, nourish your inner strength and open you up to meaning and purpose in your life.
