About Us

Having worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, young adults and parents for over 14 years, I help each client identify the barriers in their life, and collaboratively work together to help them find strength within and new strategies in everyday life to enhance overall wellbeing. While I see clients of all ages with a range of issues and concerns, I primarily specialize in the 6-25 year old age range. My clients want to find joy, enhance self-concept and self-esteem, work towards achievable goals in varying areas of their lives, and experience relief from problematic patterns or experiences. , Individual therapy requires mental and sometimes physical stamina and patience. I meet clients where they are at -holistically conceptualizing how I can best support the individual. Believing that the mind, body and spirit are interconnected, I offer unique options such as walk and talk therapy, meditation and other forms of physical movement if helpful. , Children and adults thrive in a safe, supportive therapeutic environment to explore complex issues and work toward change. I build rapport easily with all ages and approach our work together with optimism, creativity and therapeutic approaches that help achieve improved wellness in each client.
