I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for empowering and supporting individuals who may be struggling to cope with, or navigate the difficulties that life can sometimes bring. I have experience working with many different issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, relationships, pregnancy and postpartum, intimate partner violence, life transitions, and trauma. I understand that therapy can sometimes open doors that have been left closed for quite some time, so I work to create a space for my clients to feel safe enough to work through their challenges bravely and collaboratively. , I believe that the anchor of a good therapeutic relationship is one that fosters a sense of acceptance, authenticity, and compassion. Since the process of therapy is often heavy, I like to bring humor into our sessions together when appropriate, in order to maintain a balance of depth, and our shared humanity together. , You are deserving of the time and space to unload your stress and feel supported in facing life\s challenges.
