About Us

My goal is to create an honest and nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel safe to heal from painful experiences, improve connections, build supportive tools for coping, and create a more contented life. I am committed to a holistic and collaborative approach with consideration of individual strengths, experiences, and broader cultural context. I use a dynamic, highly individualized approach to help people create deep, meaningful change in how they relate to themselves, their bodies, and others. , I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma as well as those who suffer from eating disorders. I work best with people who are deeply committed to their own growth. I believe that a strong therapeutic connection serves as the foundation for doing meaningful personal work. , In addition to private practice, I work at Silver Hill Hospital in a DBT intensive program where I see individuals suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy and draw on a number of other evidence based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic therapy.
