I work differently - I provide direct feedback, strategies, and exclusively work with couples and co-parents. In-person sessions are preferred. I am a Couples Therapist, Affair Recovery Specialist, Certified Sex Therapist, Co-Parenting Counselor, Certified Discernment Counselor, Healing Separation Counselor, and Non-Adversarial Divorce Support provider. My training includes: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, The Doherty Approach, The Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce (CCND), and I am certified by AASECT.
