I have successfully helped individuals, couples and families develop authentic connections and gain greater emotional intimacy resulting in greater life satisfaction. , I have extensive experience working with attachment trauma and C-PTSD, and have helped adult survivors of childhood abuse break the transmission of transgenerational trauma shifting the course of their lineage and future generations in powerful and meaningful ways. I strongly believe in the therapeutic alliance as the conduit for impactful and deep work. , I am a systemically trained therapist and operate from a strength-based approach. What this means is that I do not pathologize what may be manifesting as symptomology, but rather delve deep into what our emotions are trying to tell us.
