As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Psychologist, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques. Additionally, as an artist, I specialize in working with other artists and entrepreneurs managing challenges related to wellness and self-esteem. I teach mindfulness and coping skills to reduce feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, and depression. , Empathetic, creative, and dedicated, my therapeutic style is about collaborating in a supportive environment to increase your confidence in healing, self-management, and feeling better! I work with all ages, children to adults. However, I am only accepting clients via telehealth at this time. , After each session I can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to submit for reimbursement. I always encourage clients to check with their insurance providers first. I’m happy to discuss this further during our free consultation call. I also accept HSA and FSA plans.
