Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed clinical social worker, I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, and stress. I know how overwhelming these feelings can be, and I believe that with the right support, change is not only possible—it’s within your reach. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I help clients develop practical tools to manage their emotions and take small steps toward feeling better. Together, we’ll work on solutions that make sense for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. , My approach is relaxed, supportive, and about creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. In our sessions we’ll break down the overwhelming feelings of anxiety/depression, explore ways to cope with stress and big emotions, work through tough situations and find the positive shifts and small wins that build up to bigger changes. , I commonly work with clients who are: feeling anxious or worried all the time; struggling with panic attacks or social anxiety; feeling stuck in depression or low mood; stress from work, school, or life changes; struggling with self-confidence and self-worth.
