About Us

Is past trauma something you think about often, that you find hard to talk about? It would be my honor to hold space for you to help you process all you have been through. I use a humanistic approach to assist clients to identify barriers to feeling fulfilled. We will work together to tailor a treatment plan that is adaptable to your needs based on past history, current symptoms, cultural beliefs, and mental and physical health. The same goals and strategies do not work for everyone, and I am here to help you identify what works best for you in order to heal. , I have experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds, and I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss using CBT, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. I have specialized training and certification in Circle of Security, Women and Children’s Trauma, Gender Identity, and Crisis care. , I truly enjoy working with individuals of all ages to create a safe space to allow conversation and personal growth. I believe treating clients through the lens of trauma allows clients to feel safe and heard, leading to healing and a greater understanding of themselves, thus leading to increased self-esteem and opportunities for growth.
