" Seeking treatment can be uncomfortable especially when your life looks fine to those around you, but whether youre high functioning or just getting through each day, therapy can be the refuge to process your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space. I believe therapy should be solution focused, I help my clients identify their treatment goals and we work together to achieve them. I work with individuals, couples and families, together we collaborate to create sustainable change resulting in stronger, healthier relationships. I offer parental support, giving valuable resources and strategies to navigate through tough stages. ", I view problems not as residing within people, but within relationships between people. I work using a systemic perspective and framework to identify the issues/symptoms people are experiencing when they come for therapy. I incorporate mindfulness into practice as I believe the mind-body connection has everything to do with how we handle stress and problems. , My approach is solution focused, empathetic, challenging, and bold at times.
