About Us

Everyone experiences some "bumps in the road." When they become severe enough to cause you distress or to interfere with your functioning or satisfaction in life, then it\s time to do something about it. That\s where I come in. As a psychologist, I can help you negotiate your way through life\s challenges. From my doctoral program to my post-doctoral fellowship at Yale, I have received excellent training in cutting-edge treatments. In practice, I have experience with clients of all ages, struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self esteem, trauma, behavior problems- ranging from mild to severe. , I strive to provide the best possible treatment within the context of a warm, nurturing and safe environment where you will feel comfortable to be able to grow and effect change. My approach to therapy is quite flexible, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family. , I can provide short-term solution-focused therapy as well as long-term treatment for a wide variety of problems and disorders. Most importantly, I work together with each client in a collaborative fashion so that we can meet your goals in the way that works best for you.
