The way I see and understand therapy is that it is a space for every individual to feel safe physically, mentally, and emotionally in order to let down their walls without any judgment, bias, or criticism. I believe in meeting each and every individual where they are at in terms of their healing journey, no matter how small or large the reason for coming to therapy is. Some of the most fundamental parts of therapy I incorporate include exploring and learning about the self, identifying strengths and harnessing them, incorporating holistic ways of optimizing mental health, and simple psychoeducation. , I utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach which means I believe in identifying/exploring your strengths to increase your quality of life which will allow you to take control of your life.
