I work with adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. They may be due to aspects of your history, from long held assumptions, stories, beliefs and behavior or relationships. Perhaps at times your patterns of thinking, feeling and doing appear to lead to the same results. I can help you to clarify, manage and treat problems of mood, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, traumatic experiences, substance use and self-defeating behavior and, in turn, will try to help you to begin to discover new meaning, peace and contentment in your self, life, work and relationships.
