About Us

I am here to serve people of diverse backgrounds who are ready to be "unstuck" from their current "unsatisfactory" existence. One of my goals is to be that bridge to connect with all men (particularly men of color, indigenous), women, and families. My business mission statement is "To propel and ignite the inner strength within a human body for optimal wellness". Nothing less. I view my therapeutic relationship with clients as a valued partnership. The overarching goal is that we both grow within our therapeutic alliance, with the outcome of feeling rewarded, restored, renewed and Ready to EXCEL! , I offer grief therapy, including all of the symptoms that derive from this uniquely challenging process. Depression, anxiety, sleep deprivation, self doubt, isolation, trauma, and so on. I have worked with developmentally delayed clients, clients on the Autism Spectrum (ASD), Substance Use Disorders, Schizophrenia diagnosis, Bipolar Depression/Mania and more , It takes great courage and a certain amount of self-love in order to seek therapy. Often, \we" are programmed to take care of others, forsaking our own mental stability. I am here to encourage and motivate my clients toward being first on their list, in an unselfish yet necessary way, that will improve their daily outlook, self-image and worldview.
