About Us

I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental space for adults, including older adults, who need help with navigating life transitions, struggling with loss and grief, grappling with caregiver burdens, living with chronic illness, or experiencing depression and/or anxiety. Our work together will include recognizing patterns which may present challenges in day-to-day life and interpersonal relationships, examining unhelpful thinking styles, and developing coping tools and other skills to help you manage difficult and stressful emotions and experiences. , I enjoy working with adults of all ages, including older adults. I am licensed in Florida and Connecticut, and able to see clients in both states via telehealth. I received my MSW with a Certificate in Aging, and have past experience as a geriatric care manager. I also have experience working with veterans and their families. , My treatment approach is not "one-size-fits-all"; it is tailored to your needs, and may incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, ACT, MBSR, and mindful self-compassion.
