I know you’re tired. It’s exhausting carrying around that tightness in your chest and sinking feeling in your stomach. You want nothing more than to just hit a pause button on the thoughts whirling and looping around and around in your head. You’re consumed with negative thoughts about yourself, your work or school performance, your body, and constantly comparing yourself to others in the world. You’re overwhelmed with all the pressure and unfair expectations society places on you. The world feels like it’s constantly on fire and you feel helpless or hopeless. You don’t know how to be ok with so much uncertainty in your life. , I know you put a lot of pressure on yourself to do it all, but this isn’t something you need to figure out alone. I can help you get back to feeling more empowered and at peace. We can work together to help you cope, heal, and thrive.I have years of experience supporting undergraduate and graduate students in the college counseling and outpatient settings. , I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and am committed to supporting adults across a variety of identity matrices with anxiety, depression, body image struggles, relationship concerns, and more. It is a key part of my work with clients to hold space for how oppression, power, and privilege play a role in the lives of my clients.
