About Us

Hello ! My name is Courtney and I am a license clinical social worker. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with my masters degree in social work in 2019. I work with people of all ages, however I have the most experience working with children and adolescents, as well as parents. As a social worker, I believe in working with my clients collaboratively to empower and support them in navigating change and difficult moments in their life. I specialize in strength-based and trauma informed approaches that allows us to focus on how to use your strengths to help you succeed in areas of your life. , I have a history of working with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and a variety of other challenges that individuals may be experiencing. I have experience treating children, adolescents and adults, supporting them in navigating complex family dynamics, supporting them in advocating for their needs, developing skills to manage , and process their thoughts feelings and emotions, as well as set necessary boundaries in their life. I believe in creating a therapeutic partnership to allow the client the space to feel safe and secure in being vulnerable within sessions, and to grow to their full potential and I would like to a part of this journey with you.
