Accepting new clients. I have over 18 years of therapeutic experience working with individuals and families. The cornerstone of my treatment style focuses on a strength based approach to support you as you examine the factors that have contribute to life stressors. I work to support you & your loved ones to develop healthy coping skills to implement. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, school based issues or social conflict together we can develop new strategies to cope with these stressors. Together we examine negative patterns in your life to begin your journey of healing. , I have advanced training in trauma informed models that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), & Solution Focus Therapy.I am a trained family mediator which can help families navigate the most challenging times.I have over a decade of experience helping families navigating the school system & meet their child’s needs. , Together we will work on building skills so that you will be able to manage everyday situations that occur at the different stages of your life in a positive. I will work to help you repair relationships with family members. My goal is to be your guide as you create new healthy coping skills and ways to communicate in an effective manner each and every day.
