I am a seasoned therapist with 25 years of diverse experience working with individuals, couples and families providing treatment for a wide array of mental health issues. I specialize in helping clients resolve their emotional distress and work towards a sense of inner balance. Life can bring us many challenges-experiences from past or present can disrupt our existence in unforeseen ways, turning our inner world into a source of stress, anxiety and negativity.
