I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My practice is firmly rooted in a strengths based and collaborative approach, fulfilling the idea that "it\s not what\s wrong with you, it\s what happened to you".- Dr. Bruce Perry , I am also in the process of training my Australian Shepherd to become a therapy dog- animals can be incredibly attuned to human emotions and helpful in the healing journey!
