I am passionate about working with people to create goals and coping skills, I hope to empower people to be able to achieve them one day at a time. I have experience working with people with depression, anxiety, persons with co-occurring disorders along with adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism. , Coping skills, cognitive challenging, cognitive reframing, structured problem solving, supportive reflection, and mindfulness training. I also offer art therapy, which is a modality tool used to be able to look at presenting problems in a unique way that may not present in talk therapy, and problem solving that together. , Whether it is for working on coping skills for life stressors, work on cognitive reframing for anxiety, or use art therapy for processing, I am passionate to help guide you to reach your goals.
