Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply looking for someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and help you find the path that feels right for you. , I have experience with but not limited to the following: Anxiety and Depression, learning disabilities, ADHD, grief and loss, personality disorders, mood disorders, domestic violence, child abuse, Anger Management,trauma, self-esteem and communication skills building. I enjoy helping couples reconnect and building a foundation of trust and attachment. , Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, working collaboratively to uncover your strengths and build resilience.
