About Us

The decision to ask for help is not easy and requires courage. Part of the difficulty lies in choosing the right person to work with. All of us want to work with someone who cares, knows how to listen, does not judge, and ultimately is healing and can help in problem solving. In my 20 years of experience, I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples. I enjoy this population enormously. My biggest strength is my empathy. My clients feel safe with me; they know I am an invested therapist and that I truly care. I am passionate about love, compassion and equality. I create peace every day. , I am able to understand very difficult family and people dynamics. People present with signs and symptoms of mental illness, when their psycho-social environment is damaged and they loose hope. I always start where my clients are, we grow and learn together though a trusting and healing human relationship. , We can always find light in the middle of darkness. Sometimes we just need another vulnerable human being to remind us of our own humanity. Feeling pain and loosing hope is part of being human. Sometimes we need to take space and allow our selves to break and heal. NOTE: I am only taking CT clients via Telehealth at this moment. Thank you!
