About Us

I believe that everyone’s life experience is different, each with our own unique story. I am a warm individual who will listen to your story and help you to formulate the goals you want to achieve as you continue to build your life story. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for the work in therapy. For this relationship to develop, respect, empathy, and trust must be the foundations. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients, by building a therapeutic alliance and maintaining respect and trust to move toward positive change. , My experience includes working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, those struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, spirituality, women’s issues, substance use, anger management and caregiver support. I utilize CBT, DBT, MI, Positive Psychology and Strength Based Therapy in my work. , My role is to help you become the “expert” so you can continue to grow long after our final session together. The most important thing I need you to know about me and how I work is that I believe Counseling to be a calling and I truly believe in the power of Therapy to change lives. I believe that talking about the things, can help us overcome emotional pain
