I want to say how proud I am of you for exploring the idea of counseling. No matter what phase of life we are in, we all need support, and aren’t meant to make this journey alone. Our life experiences shape and mold us into who we are - sometimes those experiences create moments of great sadness, fear, or anger, leaving us confused and wondering what direction to take. You have what it takes to restore a healthy identity, find purpose in life, and to heal from challenging experiences. My goal is to empower you to create the change you want to see, to help you build the skill set to cope, to heal, and lead a fulfilling life. , I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, co- dependency, substance use disorders, self esteem/confidence building and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT. I have worked in the mental health field for several years in residential, outpatient, hospital, and clinical settings. , I understand that reaching out for additional support can be scary and leave you feeling vulnerable. It is my goal to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can discuss any and all aspects of your life as we work together to create lasting change. I look forward to taking this step towards change with you!
