About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working\xa0with adults with substance abuse and mental illness. I enjoy being able to work collaboratively with my clients in exploring various areas in which they hope to improve\xa0their overall functioning while providing them with a warm and welcoming environment to be themselves throughout the therapeutic process. I believe in meeting each individual client where they are at to ensure a safe and comfortable space to explore areas of their lives that they have not had the opportunity to. , I utilize CBT, DBT and a strengths based approaches\xa0to aid in exploring ways to manage each individuals stressors and symptoms. I love to incorporate mindfulness techniques to assist clients in being able to learn ways that they can destress in their every day life. , I have nearly 4 years of experience\xa0in working with individuals 18 years old and up through various degrees of substance use and mental health concerns including; depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life changes and transitions, as well as managing “every day” stressors. I am here to provide you a space to explore yourself and create change.
