I help the people I work with to be true to themself, to be authentic. Working through our obstacles to being our authentic self allows each one of us to find the freedom for a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. we can grow to love more deeply, and forgive more easily. , I use meditative techniques of self healing which often permit the reduction of pharmaceutical medications, and even eliminate the need for any use of medication for depression, anxiety and stress management. I have been sharing these techniques for over 35 years.
