Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page! My name is Agnieszka (Agnes). I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been providing mental health assessments, clinical case management, individual, group and family therapy to diverse populations for over 15 years. I am an empathetic and attuned clinician who believes that forming a trusting therapeutic relationship is very important for the process of change and healing.I have experience with trauma, anxiety , depression, parenting, co-parenting, adoption, foster care, family conflicts, school issues, autism, anger management, life transitions. , My approach draws from strength based, systems therapy, solution focused, trauma focused, Eye movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). , I am here to offer a safe environment to help my clients work through change and the healing process.
