I know from many years of helping people recover from various mental health issues that reaching out for help is one of the hardest thing that someone can do. I have help many people overcome anxiety, depression, addiction to alcohol/drugs, as well as individual that have struggled with childhood trauma. This helps to identify triggers to anxiety, depression, PTSD episodes. Once we can identify your triggers we can then begin to address them. , As I work with clients, I bring awareness to aspects of their life that they may not be able to see. Together we work as a team to help challenge past thought patterns into new ones that can be empowering and productive.
