Are you a sensitive person who feels overwhelmed by the world around you? Do you sometimes feel like your needs are overlooked by others? Do you find yourself experiencing the same problems despite your best efforts to do things differently? I get it. I have been there myself and an important thing to understand is that you are not alone. Many of us have difficulty knowing, or even asking, for what we need. We often suffer from patterns which repeat themselves and are hard to understand. This pain can manifest in the form of depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, among other things. , I can help you with this. You don’t need to feel trapped by your life or your circumstances. Through a variety of techniques such as mindfulness-based practices and body-centered inquiries, I can help you to recognize your own inherent wisdom. Here your truth can be heard, honored and accepted. , Together we will explore ways for you to strengthen your voice, release yourself from old patterns and feel more empowered to live authentically and passionately. I offer individual and couples counseling in a safe, accepting environment with availability weekdays and evenings.
