As a marriage and family therapist, I see relationships and the structures in which we exist as a source of healing and potential for growth – regardless if you are an individual, couple, or family system. I firmly believe in a solution-focused approach, in that everyone has the strength and resilience to find the answers to their concerns. I will be your guide in exploring and building on what is working and providing tools and strategies to improve what is not. I have a passion for working with people seeking support with depression, anxiety, sexual concerns, life transitions, gender/transition support, grief, premarital counseling, and relationship issues. , In our sessions, you can expect an affirming, collaborative space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and goals. I enjoy incorporating humor and play into the therapy room, as this serious work sometimes needs space to breathe in lightness. I personally have found the profound benefit of therapy and look forward to walking that journey.
