I know that a "one size fits all" approach to healing does not work, therefore I take an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing concepts from Existential Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Art Therapy. I am a strong believer in the truth of the phrase "We are wounded in relationship, but also healed in relationship."
