About Us

I work with young adults (18+) and mid-life adults who struggle with a variety of issues, from feeling depressed and/or anxious, like things are harder than they should be, to dealing with the stress that comes during a life transition, whether it’s entering or leaving a relationship, a job, or a home. You can live with more resiliency, self-expression, and clarity if you can be in a better relationship with yourself and those around you. I can also help you explore how the beliefs and messages you were raised with are impacting your life now and help you imagine and create new patterns that serve you better. , I can help facilitate change at your pace, without judgment. I am warm, patient, and committed to helping you along your journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps you reframe unhelpful and/or untrue thoughts that may be holding you back from being your most authentic and best self. , " Well take some time to ensure were a good fit, and well go at your pace.
