About Us

" I’m a psychotherapist proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with basic Japanese skills. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. I am particularly passionate about working with teenagers, young adults, and the LGBTQ community. I identify as non-binary and I am intentional about creating safe environments for those who dont feel included in predominantly hetero-normative spaces. I strive to provide compassionate and evidence-based interventions, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Positive Psychology, which means I dont prioritize a clinical diagnosis over the individual nature of each person. ", I believe that everyone has the power to make change in their lives and in my role, I hope to help my clients build skills to be able to identify the changes that they can make in their lives. My interest in transpersonal psychology and play therapy adds depth to my approach. , In my journey, I’ve found that international students in particular, can be overlooked as they navigate the intersectionality between multiple cultures and languages.
