About Us

Depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia, and other mental health problems can distort the way we see ourselves and the world around us. If there ever comes a time when you feel your life is not worth living, know that your friends and family would NOT be better off without you, the world would NOT be better without you in it, your life is NOT a joke, and everyone who knows you would miss you! Happiness is possible- you just need to make it through one more day. I know this might be a bit heavy for some of you to relate to, or perhaps you do relate to it but feel guilt or shame for not being happy 24/7. , I utilize cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic therapy models, with a focus on your needs and emphasis on your assets and abilities. My goal is to show openness, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I have both respect for my clients and gratitude for all they have shared with me. I am a Colorado clinical social worker candidate. , I think I speak for both for myself and my colleagues, when I say that you can truly speak what’s on your mind, and feel what you need to feel, without having any shame or guilt about it, when you come to us for support. I know the power of having someone who will just listen until you have “gotten it all out.”
