About Us

Throughout life’s journey experiencing struggles, sickness, and loss, we sometimes find ourselves in need of the kind of unbiased support and unconditional positive regard that a counselor can provide. We benefit from the sacred space that’s held just for us during therapy, and the healing that occurs in the relationship between ourselves and the counselor, and of course in the healthier relationship we develop with ourselves and others. When we experience the darkness of depression, overwhelming anxiety, trauma, loss, crisis of identity or faith, or even indecision, our personal guidance systems can become temporarily blocked. , I am honored to collaborate with clients to confront their blocks to progress and strengthen their resilience. I believe joy can be found within and is reinforced in satisfying relationships. From a basis of person-centered therapy and integrating tools from CBT, interpersonal, and attachment theories, I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each client. , Helping children, adults, families, and couples seek meaningful experiences and strengthen their own powerful inner compasses for the journey of life is my goal.
