Hello and welcome! Healing is a journey and we all need someone to witness that journey, to walk alongside us as we face the things in our lives that have been deeply painful. We all need someone to care deeply, affirm and validate our experiences, and help us discover what is holding us back from experiencing the change and life we long for. Therapy can be that space for you, to come as you are and experience acceptance, love, hope, and truly being heard. It can be a place where you can grow in awareness and understanding of where you have been, as well as all that you were created to be. , I believe that everyone has a captivatingly beautiful story that we are in the midst of living out. A story that contains heartache and pain, as well as strength, beauty, and glory. The challenges we experience in the present are often directly related to these unique stories. Understanding these stories allows us to have compassion which is transforming! , I firmly believe that the most important part of counseling is the relationship between the counselor and client.
