Do you tend to hold your feelings in? Sweep things under the rug and pretend everything is okay? Do you help others but not yourself? Does the idea of sitting down and talking about feelings to a stranger sound terrible or terrifying? I want to help you confront the difficulties in your life head on. It’s my job as your therapist to listen to you, your needs, your wants, and your values and create a safe space that will allow you to be fully vulnerable. I’ll help you find and learn about the strengths you already have to help you gain higher self-esteem, comfort in your own skin and in your relationships, and overall more joy. I specialize in depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, caregiver fatigue, individuals with ASD, and building parenting skills. I’m a TBRI practitioner, completed Level 2 of Gottman Method, and utilize CBT, TF-CBT, and attachment theory. , I find joy in working with people and feel honored when I’m let in to journey alongside others. I hope to make you feel as comfortable as possible during this process and use humor where I can to create that safe space. I look forward to connecting.
