About Us

My approach with clients is relational, somatic/body-centered and trauma-resilience informed - trusting that grief is a natural part of our soulfully lived lives. I provide a strong container, attuned presence and deep listening, allowing threads of connection and meaning to be recognized and woven. Together, we identify and affirm capacities of resilience while turning toward how we are each called to grow and evolve into meaningful connection and service. I specialize in grief counseling, spiritual companioning, dreamwork, somatic and mindful awareness, and life transitions of all kinds, including illness and end of life. , My training, as well as my own personal experience, has been through the lens of spiritual inquiry, therefore I orient towards the deeper questions arising out of current life circumstance. I also trust that grief, as a normal part of the cycles of life, though difficult, always leads to a newly emerging sense of self. , With over 20 years of experience bearing witness to all manner of grief and loss, as well working professionally with dreams, I offer a depth and unique perspective of weaving threads of meaning emerging forth from the unconscious, to be integrated into daily life experience for soulful awakening and growth.
