About Us

I am passionate about holding the space for clients to find their path to their best selves. Life can be filled with so many challenges that are unexpected: becoming a parent, experiencing grief or trauma, or having had struggles as a child with your parents. When working with clients, I use the skills and knowledge that I have honed over the last 20 years which enables me to provide a vast toolbox to support the health and wellness of each person. Areas of specialty are birth trauma, perinatal work of all kinds, adjustment, loss, and trauma. I offer EMDR and perinatal consultations to other professionals. , My primary form of interaction is through an understanding of attachment (how we love and have been loved) and traumatic events both big and small. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and a host of "typical" skills to support people in finding their way through life\s challenges and into healing. , " It is always such a privilege to be invited into the personal experiences of clients & I treat each interaction as an honor.
