I understand through personal loss and struggles, the realness of living in a broken world. However, I have also experienced the internal transformation of hope, courage, and wholeness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who is trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Play/Art/Music Therapy. I believe in meeting others where they are and walking beside them, especially when challenges, struggles, or lack of hope hinder our ability to live life to the fullest. I make every effort to create a genuine, safe, non-judgmental, relationship with others. Regardless of their spiritual or religious beliefs. , I work with all ages helping individuals and families with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, PTSD/trauma, self-worth, abuse, childhood trauma, abortion recovery, ADD/ADHD, sleep disorders, cognitive functioning (such as Dyslexia,) headaches, brain injuries, conduct disorders, athletes, anger, cutting, eating disorders, and unhealthy or broken relationships. , I am an Advanced Splankna Practitioner, which is Christian muscle testing for Mind-Body work. It combines Neuro-Emotional Techniques, Thought Field Therapy, EMDR, and spiritual warfare. It provides a straight forward, mechanistic treatment protocol for alleviating a wide range of psychological and physical symptoms. It focuses on physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of healing.
