I learned to embrace the journey of having fierce self love; it is a conscious relationship with self that is sacred and ongoing. I do have limited space for women seeking therapy to work on trauma, women going through the family court system due to divorce or child custody & educators dealing with vicarious trauma or burnout. I also offer consultation & training on Trauma Informed Practices.
